Overview
Join a remote contract role at micro1, where you’ll help train next-generation AI systems by evaluating and comparing responses from models like ChatGPT and Claude. As an English Speaking Generalist, you’ll create diverse prompts, record your screen and voice, and provide detailed verbal feedback—all while using your domain expertise, not prior AI experience.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design a wide variety of prompts across multiple topics to test and push the limits of large language models.
- 2Submit the exact same prompts to both ChatGPT and Claude while recording your screen and microphone for the full session.
- 3Verbally compare the outputs in real time, pointing out strengths, weaknesses, and key differences between the two AI models.
- 4Deliver clear, structured verbal feedback in American English, explaining your reasoning and preferences step-by-step.
- 5Follow provided documentation to ensure consistent evaluation standards and accurate project delivery.
- 6Collaborate with project guidelines to help continuously improve how AI models learn and reason.
Requirements6
- 1High-level fluency in spoken and written American English, with clear pronunciation and natural communication style.
- 2Experience using large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- 3Comfortable recording your screen and audio for extended evaluation sessions in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- 4Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail to assess AI outputs effectively.
- 5A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and ability to record high-quality audio and video without issues.
- 6Background in data annotation, AI training, quality assurance, content evaluation, or research is a plus.
