What You'll Do5
- 1AI Training Content development: craft prompts and gold-standard advertising outputs such as ad copy variations, creative briefs, test plans, and performance analyses to guide AI learning.
- 2AI Performance optimization: evaluate and rank AI responses to improve strategic fit, persuasion, clarity, and practical applicability.
- 3Model Integrity: test AI outputs for inaccuracies, policy violations, and bias; validate reliability across channels.
- 4Collaborate with teams to ensure deliverables align with platform policies and produce high-quality assets like ads, variations, and briefs.
- 5Provide precise written feedback and model deliverables that demonstrate best practices and clear rationale.
Requirements10
- 1bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 25+ years of hands-on advertising or performance marketing with campaign ownership, agency or in-house
- 3strong command of ad fundamentals: positioning, offer strategy, messaging frameworks, hooks, CTAs, and creative iteration
- 4experience across major channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, or connected TV
- 5strong measurement instincts including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, attribution limitations, and experiment design basics
- 6ability to evaluate and improve ad copy for clarity, differentiation, compliance, and platform policy fit (regulated categories)
- 7able to craft gold-standard deliverables: ad variations, creative briefs, landing page critiques, and testing roadmaps with rationale
- 8minimum C1 English with excellent writing/editing skills
- 9reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in a remote hourly contractor setup across time zones
- 10prior experience with AI data training/annotation, creative QA, editorial review, or ad policy review is strongly preferred
