What You'll Do6

• Write software engineering questions and coding exercises that probe algorithm design, code debugging, system architecture, API design, optimization and test strategy.
• Review model answers against software engineering best practice and identify where the reasoning breaks down.
• Give detailed written feedback on each response so errors in the model's logic become visible and correctable.
• Partner with other engineers and technical experts to calibrate how hard each question should be.
• Keep every exercise both demanding and teachable for a model still in training.
• Check submissions for technical accuracy before they enter the training set.

Requirements8

• Enrolled in, or just finished, a computer science, software engineering or related technical degree.
• Solid programming ability in at least one language such as Python, Java, C++ or JavaScript, backed by a firm grip on algorithms and data structures.
• Sharp analytical reading, clear writing and close attention to detail.
• Preferred: software development internship experience at a tech company or startup.
• Preferred: coursework or projects in algorithms, systems design, databases, web development or machine learning.
• Preferred: open source contributions or personal coding projects that show technical depth.
• Preferred: hands-on use of Git, testing frameworks or modern development tooling.
• Preferred: exposure to AI or machine learning applications.

Who Should Apply

A CS or software engineering student, or a recent graduate, who reads code closely and can explain why it fails. Best fit: someone with Python, Java or C++ depth, comfort with algorithms and data structures, and writing clear enough to critique a model's answer line by line.
