Overview

What You'll Do5
- Write expert-level software engineering problems that reflect real system design, architecture, and implementation work
- Assess AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, practical feasibility, and fit with how engineers actually build software
- Send structured written feedback that helps the model reason better on engineering tasks
- Apply your own production experience to catch flaws in proposed designs, code, and tradeoff analysis
- Choose your own working hours and pace across the project
Requirements7
- 3 or more years of direct, professional hands-on work as a software engineer in industry or research
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical field
- Proven depth in one of these areas: backend systems and distributed architecture, infrastructure and cloud platforms with DevOps, or systems programming and performance engineering
- Indian work authorization
- Strong written communication and close attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex software engineering concepts in plain language
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setup

- Experience at a recognized, top-tier tech company
