- Deliver structured written feedback that names the errors and points the model toward a stronger answer.
- Apply depth in backend systems, infrastructure, or systems programming to the scenarios you build.
- Work through tasks on your own schedule, without a set start time or hour quota.
Requirements7
- 3 or more years of direct, hands-on professional work as a software engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical field.
- Proven depth in one area: backend systems and distributed architecture, infrastructure and cloud platforms with DevOps, or systems programming and performance engineering.
- US work authorization.
- Clear writing and close attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in plain language.
- Comfort working alone in a remote, asynchronous setup.
