
Solution Architect (NaaS, Enterprise Networking)
Overview
This role is for a Solution Architect specializing in Network as a Service (NaaS) for enterprise customers. The architect designs end-to-end network solutions that transform business and technical requirements into scalable architectures across multi-OEM environments. The role involves pre-sales, customer engagement, and proposal development, leveraging technologies like Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet. What You'll Do7
- 1Design end-to-end NaaS solutions for enterprise customers, translating business and technical requirements into scalable architectures.
- 2Ensure alignment with multi-OEM environments, including Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet.
- 3Act as the technical POC for customer discussions, design queries, and solution validation, supporting sales teams in meetings and workshops.
- 4Provide technical leadership during RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
- 5Build proposals, BOMs, HLD/LLD documents, and solution artifacts.
- 6Define service constructs such as SLAs, managed services, and automation frameworks.
- 7Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth transition.
Requirements10
- 18–10 years of experience in enterprise networking and solution architecture.
- 2Strong expertise in L2/L3 switching, campus/DC networks, WLAN, Wi-Fi 6/6E, and SD-WAN/MPLS.
- 3Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Aruba (HPE), and Fortinet technologies.
- 4Professional-level certifications in one or more: CCNP/CCIE, ACMP/ACDX, or NSE 4/5/7.
- 5Deep understanding of subscription-based and OpEx-driven NaaS models, managed network lifecycle, SDN, and cloud-managed networking.
- 6Experience with cybersecurity concepts including firewalls, NAC, and zero trust.
- 7Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking and SASE/SSE architectures (preferred).
- 8Strong consultative skills, with the ability to map technology to business outcomes.
- 9Experience in costing, pricing models, and proposal structuring.
- 10Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with customer-facing confidence.
