- Write structured feedback that points out errors, gaps, and weak reasoning in model responses.
- Evaluate model output against real-world engineering practice and flag places where the advice would fail in production.
- Work at your own pace with no fixed schedule or minimum hours.

- At least five years of professional, hands-on software engineering experience in industry or research.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical field.
- Deep expertise in one area: backend systems and distributed architecture, infrastructure and cloud platforms with DevOps, or systems programming and performance engineering.
- Work authorization in Mexico.
- Clear written communication and close attention to detail.
- The ability to explain complex software engineering ideas in plain language.
- A track record of working on your own in a remote, asynchronous setting.
- Experience at a recognized top-tier tech company strengthens your application.
