As the Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll drive accuracy in ASC 606 revenue recognition, streamline collections, and build scalable processes that keep pace with a fast-growing, remote-first company. What You'll Do6
- 1Manage the complete accounts receivable lifecycle from invoicing and collections to cash application and reconciliation, ensuring every customer account stays accurate and up-to-date.
- 2Oversee and continuously refine revenue recognition workflows to stay compliant with ASC 606 and GAAP standards.
- 3Proactively monitor aging reports, lead collection outreach, and escalate delinquencies to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- 4Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to quickly resolve billing disputes, credit holds, and contract inconsistencies.
- 5Deliver weekly and monthly A/R reporting—including aging summaries, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards—to support finance leadership decisions.
- 6Identify and implement automation opportunities to scale A/R workflows as the company grows.
Requirements6
- 1A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a CPA or CA designation is strongly preferred.
- 24–6 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a related finance function, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- 3Deep familiarity with accounts receivable processes, ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, and GAAP.
- 4Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- 5Proven ability to manage collections and resolve billing disputes with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.

Salary Insight
