Overview
This Recruitment Marketing Specialist role centers on planning, running, and measuring campaigns that bring talent through the door. You will manage the supply marketing team's project pipeline, coordinate content production across paid and organic channels, and report on what works. The position is fully remote and full-time, with a focus on campaign performance monitoring and project management. You will work alongside content creators and recruiters to keep hiring goals on track.
What You'll Do7
- 1Keep the supply marketing team's project list current, prioritized, and free of clutter.
- 2Guide marketing projects from kickoff through delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned on what is due and when.
- 3Handle the production and distribution of organic and paid content across acquisition channels.
- 4Watch over the content pipeline and partner with creators to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- 5Measure and report on campaign results across paid ads, job boards, social media, email, and other sources.
- 6Pull out practical insights from channel and campaign data, then recommend changes that move recruitment numbers.
- 7Keep communication open across teams so every project stage stays transparent and coordinated.
Requirements7
- 1Hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing.
- 2A track record of running several complex projects at the same time.
- 3Skill in tracking campaign performance and using data to guide decisions.
- 4Clear writing and speaking skills, with a focus on keeping stakeholders on the same page.
- 5Experience with content calendars and working alongside content creators and recruiters.
- 6Comfort with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, applicant tracking systems, and marketing dashboards.
- 7Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to work well in a remote team.
Who Should Apply
This role suits someone who has already run recruitment marketing or employer branding campaigns and can point to specific project management wins. You should be comfortable juggling multiple initiatives, reading campaign data, and explaining results to different teams. Candidates who lack direct experience with recruitment marketing or who have never owned a content calendar will find this role a stretch. A common reason applicants get rejected is failing to show how they used data to change a campaign's direction. Another is not demonstrating the ability to coordinate several complex projects at once.
