What You'll Do7
- 1Create expert-level procurement tasks that mirror real-world complexity, covering RFP drafting, bid evaluation, supplier scoring, and contract negotiation scenarios.
- 2Source, build, and format realistic procurement artifacts such as supplier quotations, specification sheets, pricing tables, and technical documentation in varied and inconsistent formats.
- 3Write defensible sourcing recommendations with clear justifications that reflect sophisticated procurement decision-making.
- 4Develop comprehensive grading rubrics for AI grading agents, with a focus on vendor comparison, contract reasoning, and bid analysis.
- 5Ensure tasks capture the granular challenges of procurement in specialized domains like IT, industrial, or professional services.
- 6Communicate procurement challenges, task context, and evaluation standards through clear written and verbal channels.
- 7Work with micro1's project team to review, refine, and validate created tasks and rubrics for quality and relevance.
Requirements7
- 1At least 4 years of hands-on experience in corporate or public-sector procurement, with direct ownership of supplier analysis, bid matrices, and contract negotiation.
- 2Proven ability to analyze non-standardized vendor submissions and produce detailed comparison matrices.
- 3Deep category knowledge in IT, industrial, or professional-services procurement, enabling nuanced scenario creation and evaluation.
- 4Exceptional written English skills, with advanced ability to author technical procurement documentation and articulate contract rationale.
- 5Strong grounding in procurement best practices, regulatory frameworks, and supplier evaluation methodologies.
- 6Experience creating or assessing complex procurement scenarios or benchmarks is a plus.
- 7Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to high-quality deliverables in demanding technical contexts.
