Overview
micro1 is hiring Producers with backgrounds in film, television, digital, or live event production to work on a customer project that advances AI evaluation. What You'll Do7
- 1Create evaluation tasks that mirror real production-management situations, including budget reconciliation, schedule changes, and vendor or crew coordination.
- 2Gather, build, and curate authentic production documents such as budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.
- 3Establish complete solutions and correct choices based on multiple production constraints so tasks reflect genuine industry complexity.
- 4Build multi-item rubrics with 35 or more criteria to assess nuanced decision-making, constraint management, and reasoned judgment on production deliverables.
- 5Write clear, precise process and workflow documentation in English for AI benchmarking and technical review.
- 6Work with the project team to refine task design and keep it aligned with current industry best practices.
- 7Offer insight into real-world production challenges to ensure tasks stay authentic and rigorous.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of credited project experience in film, television, digital, or live event production.
- 2Direct experience managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
- 3Proven ability to coordinate vendors and crew under tight constraints, balancing time, cost, and resources.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for production documentation and technical materials.
- 5Experience authoring or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools.
- 6Comfort working independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous engagement.
- 7Strong analytical judgment and a commitment to advancing realistic, high-standard industry benchmarks.
