
Professional Gamer for AI Training and Data Annotation
Overview
A remote contractor role for experienced PC gamers to support an AI training project. You’ll play curated titles, record per-frame gameplay video, and capture keyboard and mouse telemetry to help improve how models learn from real gameplay. Your domain knowledge matters more than prior AI experience, and you’ll contribute data and insights shaping model reasoning and performance. You’ll also annotate gameplay events, perform issue spotting, and keep managers updated on progress.
What You'll Do7
- 1Play selected PC games and record synchronized gameplay video while capturing keyboard and mouse telemetry
- 2Submit engine-level signals and in-game event data according to project guidelines
- 3Annotate gameplay scenarios with high precision to reflect context and actions
- 4Conduct hands-on QA to document bugs, data anomalies, or gameplay issues
- 5Maintain daily gaming sessions of 2 to 3 hours and ensure timely data delivery
- 6Provide clear written and verbal progress updates to project managers and technical stakeholders
- 7Follow data security, privacy, and compliance protocols for the project
Requirements7
- 1Proven high-level PC gaming experience with competitive or professional play
- 2Experience with gameplay recording tools, telemetry capture, or similar setups
- 3Background in QA testing or detailed annotation within gaming or related fields
- 4Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and proactive updates
- 5Knowledge of game mechanics, strategy, and meta across several PC titles
- 6Ability to offer actionable feedback on user experience, bugs, and gameplay flow
- 7Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Who Should Apply
