Requirements11
- 12+ years of total experience in PR / corporate communications, specifically in BFSI, Education, or Real Estate
- 2Proven experience independently owning PR client accounts end-to-end, including client relationships, presentations, and strategic PR planning
- 3Strong, established media relationships with a proven track record in media outreach, pitching, and relationship management
- 4Ability to develop, review, and quality-check press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials
- 5Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, creative, and strategy teams
- 6Experience managing, mentoring, and guiding PR teams and junior members
- 7Hands-on experience in issues management, reactive communications, and crisis situations
- 8Experience supporting new business pitches and proposal development
- 9Proficient with AI tools and creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills
- 11Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or a related field
