Overview

We're partnering with a biotech and pharma research team to improve expert AI evaluation of commercial drugs and drug-development programs. We need a US-based pharma commercial forecasting pro to lend their expertise in a paid pilot, building and stress-testing the rubrics used to judge commercial potential. The engagement is short and remote, with a clear path to recurring work for strong contributors.

What You'll Do4

  • 1Design and critically evaluate scoring rubrics that assess commercial drugs and development programs
  • 2Build or review launch curves, including uptake speed, expected peak share, and overall trajectory
  • 3Judge whether the assumptions in a commercial forecast — such as analog selection, ramp-up, peak, and loss of exclusivity — are defensible
  • 4Apply your commercial forecasting lens consistently across the full set of drug launches included in the pilot

Requirements4

  • 1US-based pharma commercial forecasting, analytics, or strategy experience — including backgrounds from pharma sales teams
  • 2Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical drug-development programs
  • 3Proven experience building or critiquing drug launch and uptake models
  • 45+ years in pharma commercial forecasting, analytics, or strategy roles

Who Should Apply

You're a seasoned US-based pharma commercial expert who enjoys digging into assumptions and separating sound forecasts from optimistic ones. You're comfortable with launch curves and can articulate why an analog or peak estimate is — or isn't — credible. You're also excited about helping AI systems become smarter at evaluating drug potential.

Salary Insight

$130–$210 per hour, with an initial pilot of roughly 10–20 hours over 1–2 weeks.
