Who Should Apply
This role fits someone with a background as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support position who enjoys realistic conversations and can think on their feet. You should have several years of experience coordinating calendars, travel, and daily tasks, and be comfortable with remote paired sessions. The role is less suitable for those who prefer independent work without live interaction or who lack hands-on scheduling experience. Candidates often get rejected when they cannot show concrete examples of handling competing priorities or when they treat the conversations as scripted rather than natural. A low fit score also comes from not demonstrating how you adapt to changing circumstances in real time.
