- 6Follow project guidelines so conversations stay natural, professional, and true to real coaching interactions.
Requirements6
- 1Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or similar role.
- 2Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development is preferred.
- 3Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- 4Ability to conduct natural, engaging, and helpful one-on-one coaching conversations.
- 5Experience helping individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions.
- 6Comfortable working remotely and taking part in paired conversation sessions.
Who Should Apply

Salary Insight
