Overview
micro1 seeks Operations & Service Delivery Experts to review and rebuild business slides for a client project. What You'll Do7
- 1Take provided images of operations and service delivery slides and recreate each one accurately in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- 2Apply industry terminology and definitions correctly while rebuilding slide content.
- 3Improve data visualization, message hierarchy, and overall narrative flow using visual storytelling best practices.
- 4Write clear documentation for every change made, including both enhancements and elements you chose to keep, with a rationale for each decision.
- 5Produce written logs that explain your improvements and any deliberate rejections, showing why existing sound choices were defended.
- 6Edit slide content for precision, factual accuracy, and effective communication to executive and client audiences.
- 7Deliver project-based work with an expected duration of 1–2 hours per slide, with volume varying by project needs.
Requirements7
- 1At least 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or process improvement, either in industry or consultancy.
- 2Proven ability to design and enhance executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for senior or client audiences.
- 3Skills in data visualization, content editing, and visual storytelling as they relate to operational subject matter.
- 4Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain and justify design, content, and analytical decisions.
- 5Sharp attention to detail, critical thinking, and a commitment to factual accuracy and domain integrity.
- 6Familiarity with message hierarchy, evidence-supported slide titles, and selecting the right exhibit for the message.
