Overview
micro1 seeks Environment & Sustainability Experts to join a remote contract project that improves environmental presentations. What You'll Do7
- 1Rebuild business slides on environment and sustainability topics from images into Microsoft PowerPoint with accuracy.
- 2Improve slide quality through better data visualization, visual storytelling, and presentation design while keeping all facts and domain details intact.
- 3Edit and refine content to align with scientific standards, regulatory definitions, and industry caveats.
- 4Write a detailed log for each slide that explains every modification, improvement, and intentional non-change, along with the rationale behind each decision.
- 5Use sound judgment to strengthen weak slides and to defend strong original choices that should remain unchanged.
- 6Handle a variety of materials, including compliance presentations, sustainability reports, emissions summaries, and corrective action plans.
- 7Complete each production assignment within 1–2 hours, with flexible, sprint-based project volume.
Requirements7
- 1At least 3 years of hands-on experience in EHS, sustainability, ESG, environmental engineering, or environmental compliance.
- 2Proven ability to create executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders or client-facing audiences using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- 3Strong skills in slide reconstruction, data visualization, and visual storytelling, with close attention to detail and clarity.
- 4Excellent written communication, including the ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and exhibit choices.
- 5Critical thinking skills and the confidence to improve content while preserving strong original decisions with clear explanations.
- 6Deep understanding of environmental terminology, regulatory language, and the importance of factual accuracy in all content edits.
- 7Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, though not required.

Salary Insight
