Overview
micro1 seeks Research & Insights Experts to support a client project that improves executive-level business presentations. You will receive images of research slides, such as survey results, segmentation analyses, and competitive landscapes, and rebuild them in Microsoft PowerPoint with better clarity and visual impact. Your domain knowledge in market research or consumer insights is central; no prior AI experience is needed. Each slide assignment takes about 1–2 hours, and you will document every change you make.
What You'll Do8
- 1Rebuild research and insights slides from provided images into polished PowerPoint decks.
- 2Apply data visualization and presentation design principles to enhance slide quality while keeping the original research intent intact.
- 3Write a detailed log for each assignment that explains all modifications and justifies why certain elements were kept or removed.
- 4Maintain factual accuracy and preserve domain-specific definitions, caveats, and research context across every slide.
- 5Demonstrate effective visual storytelling, message hierarchy, supported titles, and exhibit selection for executive audiences.
- 6Work within task-based, sprint-driven production cycles with flexible timing.
- 7Review slides for clarity, visual impact, and alignment with executive communication standards.
- 8Ensure that all changes support the original research findings and do not introduce errors.
Requirements8
- 13+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related quantitative research field.
- 2Proven ability to build or refine executive or client-facing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- 3Strong skills in data visualization, slide reconstruction, and presentation design for research communication.
- 4Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
- 5Ability to defend methodological choices and explain the rationale behind design and messaging decisions.
- 6Background as an industry practitioner or consultant in research and insights, with domain expertise valued over consulting-firm pedigree.
- 7Experience in AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, but not required.
- 8Capacity to work independently and manage flexible, sprint-based production cycles.
