Overview
This part-time remote role offers seasoned marketing professionals the chance to work directly with a top AI lab's GenAI team. You'll leverage your brand strategy and growth marketing expertise to create challenging tasks, evaluate AI model outputs against detailed rubrics, and provide clear written feedback. The position is a W-2 opportunity through Cincinnatus LLC, placed within the AI lab's extended workforce to help shape how advanced language models understand marketing concepts.
What You'll Do5
- 1Advise research and engineering teams by filling knowledge gaps in brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning.
- 2Design realistic, domain-specific marketing tasks and produce accurate, well-reasoned solutions grounded in real-world practice.
- 3Assess AI model outputs against structured scoring rubrics, offering written feedback on correctness, judgment, and reasoning quality.
- 4Create and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics tailored to marketing tasks.
- 5Partner with fellow subject-matter experts to maintain consistency and accuracy across all training data.
Requirements5
- 1At least 8 years of dedicated marketing experience (e.g., brand strategy, growth marketing, performance marketing) at a recognized top-tier organization like P&G, Unilever, Nike, Ogilvy, WPP, Omnicom, or equivalent.
- 2Proven hands-on experience evaluating LLM or AI model outputs against rubrics or structured scoring criteria — this must be detailed in your application.
- 3A clear track record of career progression (e.g., Marketing Manager → Senior Manager → Director/VP of Marketing).
- 4Ability to reliably commit at least 35 hours per week during weekdays.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
