What You'll Do6

• Create realistic consulting environments that include client context, business data, reference documents, and stakeholder requirements.
• Design multi-step tasks that involve business analysis, strategy, research synthesis, and executive recommendations.
• Use agentic AI tools to produce analyses, presentations, and other supporting deliverables.
• Independently verify the quality and accuracy of AI-generated materials.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria to assess AI performance on consulting tasks.
• Write clear task instructions that guide AI agents through complex consulting scenarios.

Requirements6

• 5+ years of professional experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Direct ownership of substantial consulting workstreams, analyses, and client-facing deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work. General chatbot use alone is insufficient.
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week, with 20+ hours preferred.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to translate real engagements into realistic scenarios.
• Capacity to work independently and verify the quality of AI-generated outputs.

Who Should Apply
