What You'll Do4
- 1Develop precise, task-specific rubrics for evaluating consulting outputs such as market analyses, strategic recommendations, financial models, pitch decks, and implementation plans.
- 2Assess both AI-generated and human-produced work against those rubrics, providing clear, evidence-based scores and written justifications.
- 3Ensure evaluations are consistent and reproducible by applying structured judgment and adhering to defined criteria.
- 4Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers to refine your assessments and improve the quality of your evaluations over time.
Requirements5
- 1At least 1 year of professional experience in management consulting.
- 2Background with a top-tier strategy firm like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (or an equivalent outfit).
- 3Strong command of structured problem-solving, financial modeling, market sizing, business case development, and crafting executive-level presentations.
- 4Exceptional written communication skills and a detail-oriented, consistent approach to evaluating complex deliverables.
- 5Comfort with receiving structured feedback and calibrating your judgment against established standards.
