- Show experience with treatment planning, safety assessment, and evidence-based treatment models.
- Write clinical notes and reasoning in English that another clinician can follow.
- Commit a minimum of 10 hours each week.
- Offer depth in trauma, substance use, couples counseling, or adolescent care.
- Bring crisis line or community mental health experience.
- Have a background in clinical supervision or counselor education.
