Overview

Turing pairs licensed clinical social workers with the teams building and grading AI systems that reason about medical and behavioral-health situations. Your job is to write hospital social work cases, longitudinal chart narratives, reference answers, and grading rubrics, then judge how well model responses hold up against patient safety and psychosocial standards. Expect the material to arrive messy: fragmented records, contradictions, and missing actions that you have to spot before you can score anything. Discharge planning, behavioral-health review, and documentation quality all sit inside the scope.

What You'll Do6

  • Write demanding clinical tasks and longitudinal chart scenarios that mirror real hospital social work.
  • Draft reference answers and evaluation rubrics for behavioral-health review, psychosocial safety, and discharge planning.
  • Piece together fragmented records, then flag contradictions, missing actions, and gaps in the chart.
  • Score clinical reasoning, documentation quality, and patient safety against structured rubrics.
  • Review feedback from other specialists and refine cases across calibration rounds.
  • Keep every conclusion defensible by clinical standards while meeting review deadlines.

Requirements6

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with practice now or within the past three years.
  • An active clinical social work license or a recognized credential suited to clinical social work.
  • A healthcare degree or comparable practical background.
  • Solid clinical reasoning, chart review, documentation, and written communication skills.
  • Comfort following standardized rubrics and acting on critique.
  • Able to keep pace with review and calibration cycles.

Preferred Qualifications2

  • Familiarity with US clinical guidelines, payer policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience with AI evaluation, clinical content or assessment development, expert review, or quality improvement.

Who Should Apply

Licensed clinical social workers with three or more years in hospital or behavioral-health settings fit this project best. You should read messy charts with ease, defend your judgments in writing, and follow a rubric without drifting from it. The project is open to US-based practitioners.

Salary Insight

The role pays $38 per hour as a contract engagement, with part-time (20 hours) and full-time (40 hours) schedules available. For clinical expert review and content work, that figure lands in the middle of the range for licensed practitioners handling part-time evaluation projects.
