Overview
This hourly remote contractor role leverages your mastery of Italian and linguistics to review AI-generated Italian responses and craft expert language content. You'll evaluate reasoning quality and deliver step-by-step edits with precise, written feedback to guide model improvements. You will apply localization principles and style guides to ensure consistent terminology across audiences. There is no immediate project, but Italy-based experts will be contacted first when relevant opportunities arise.

Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, Italian, translation/localization, communications, or a related field.
- 2Native or near-native Italian proficiency (C2 preferred) and minimum C1 English; additional languages are a plus.
- 3Strong command of Italian grammar (including clitics, tense and mood), semantics, pragmatics, and discourse-level editing.
- 4Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to explain corrections clearly in writing.
- 5Experience applying style guides and enforcing terminology and tone consistency for specific audiences and locales.
- 6Reliable, self-directed, and capable of delivering consistent quality in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones; Italy-based only.
- 7Preferred: prior experience in AI data training/annotation, editorial QA, translation/localization QA, or professional editing.
- 8Location requirement: Based in Italy.
