HR Management Information System Executive (Internship)
Overview
This internship role focuses on maintaining and organizing employee data, building HR MIS reports and dashboards, and supporting HR operations with data accuracy. The intern will consolidate data from multiple sources and generate periodic reports for stakeholders. It requires strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain, organise, and update employee data and HR databases with high accuracy.
- 2Build and manage HR MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards for various people functions.
- 3Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, structured, usable formats.
- 4Support HR operations with data for headcount, attendance, attrition, and other people metrics.
- 5Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across all records.
- 6Generate periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) reports for stakeholders.
- 7Identify and clean up data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- 8Assist with ad-hoc data pulls and analysis as required by the HR team.
Requirements6
- 10–1 year of experience in an MIS, data management, or HR operations role (internships count).
- 2Strong hands-on Excel skills — formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleanup.
- 3High attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data.
- 4Strong organisational skills and a structured, methodical approach.
- 5Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee data.
- 6A degree in any discipline.
