What You'll Do7
- 1Design and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on realistic business scenarios and company policies.
- 2Draft, review, and annotate a variety of commercial agreements to ensure they are clear, accurate, and compliant with legal standards.
- 3Offer expert guidance on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies to improve AI learning.
- 4Source and submit non-confidential, eligible transaction materials to support the project’s documentation needs.
- 5Evaluate and improve existing contract templates, identifying opportunities to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
- 6Collaborate with the micro1 team to ensure all materials align with project guidelines and AI-training objectives.
- 7Deliver concise written and verbal feedback to enhance the system’s understanding of legal language and decision-making.
Requirements6
- 1Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
- 2Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts in a corporate environment.
- 3Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and clarity.
- 4Solid understanding of industry-standard contract review and risk assessment practices.
- 5Experience developing or using contract playbooks designed for corporate legal teams.
- 6Ability to work independently and produce actionable insights for AI training without direct supervision.
