We're seeking a highly skilled FreeCAD expert with a strong focus on BIM and IFC workflows to support the development of smarter AI systems. You'll apply your real-world modeling expertise to help train next-generation models, making your domain knowledge the most critical asset — no AI background required. What You'll Do7
- 1Take ownership of full parametric modeling projects in FreeCAD, guiding them from initial concept through to production-ready outputs.
- 2Apply BIM methodologies and IFC standards to model building elements such as walls, slabs, and structural components with precision.
- 3Import, export, and validate IFC data to guarantee seamless interoperability with other CAD and BIM platforms.
- 4Develop and maintain constrained sketches, parametric model trees, and building components across the entire project lifecycle.
- 5Produce detailed documentation packages, including technical drawings and model exports in STEP, STL, DXF, and IFC formats.
- 6Clearly articulate your modeling strategies, BIM structuring decisions, and interoperability considerations through both written documentation and verbal recordings.
- 7Collaborate with technical teams to capture and communicate the rationale behind your workflow, directly supporting AI learning objectives.
