Overview
micro1 seeks FreeCAD specialists with BIM and IFC expertise for an AI training project. You will build and adjust 3D CAD and BIM models, handle IFC files, and walk through your process step by step. Your work helps AI systems better grasp CAD and Building Information Modeling. The role is remote and contractor-based.
What You'll Do6
- Build and edit 3D CAD and BIM models in FreeCAD.
- Work with architectural components, building structures, and IFC files.
- Create and check BIM models using FreeCAD's BIM tools.
- Resolve modeling problems and enhance IFC compatibility.
- Carry out advanced FreeCAD BIM tasks and describe your workflow in detail.
- Write clear instructions and detailed prompts for BIM and IFC processes.
Requirements7
- Solid professional hands-on experience with FreeCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM modeling and IFC file formats.
- Understanding of architectural modeling, 3D CAD, and BIM workflows.
- Ability to create, edit, and validate IFC-compatible models.
- Access to FreeCAD and capability to record your screen while working.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Skill in explaining technical workflows clearly.
Preferred Qualifications4
- Master's degree or PhD in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior human data experience such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software.
- Professional background in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC).
