• Draft end-to-end fraud scenarios that mirror the cases a working investigator handles, beginning with the initial alert and closing at disposition.
• Compose reference answers that spell out the reasoning behind each investigative step, including how transaction patterns and interview tactics shaped the call.
• Review model responses for investigative soundness, strength of evidence and whether the case work is complete.
• Call out answers that sound convincing but rest on evidence that does not hold up, especially the leaps a trained investigator would reject.
• Document your own reasoning in clear written English so reviewers and model trainers can follow the logic.
• Apply methods drawn from your specialty, whether that means open source research, case file review or subject interviews.
• Keep scenarios grounded in real practice for your domain so the evaluation tests judgment rather than trivia.

Requirements8

• At least two years of professional fraud investigation casework.
• Depth in one fraud domain such as payments, insurance, AML or corporate investigations.
• Command of core investigative methods, from transaction analysis and open source research to interviews and case file work.
• Strong written English suited to documenting investigative reasoning step by step.
• Capacity to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week, with no upper limit.
• CFE certification or a comparable credential (preferred).
• Background in law enforcement or regulatory investigation (preferred).
• Experience with case referrals, expert testimony or SAR filing (preferred).
