  • 2Holds an active clinical role such as NP, PA, MD/DO, RN, care manager, or care coordinator.
  • 3Regularly involved in day-to-day patient care and familiar with clinical workflows and patient coordination.
  • 4At ease with a structured research survey format.
  • 5Able to complete a 30-minute online survey on your own.
