- 4Depth in at least one area: fabrication-accurate modeling, code-based structural design, takeoff and estimating, or applied simulation.
- 5Evidence of producing the technical work yourself, since the role values hands-on output over job title or years served.
- 6PE or EIT credential preferred, though not required.
- 7Residency in Canada.
