  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to translate project objectives into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience breaking down complex problems into interdependent tasks with defined inputs and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications4

  • Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • Experience with CAD, finite element analysis, or other engineering simulation tools.
  • Experience leading projects from concept through detailed design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
  • Background in aerospace, automotive, robotics, industrial equipment, energy, medical devices, or other complex engineering environments.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate has led multidisciplinary engineering projects as a Chief Engineer or Senior Mechanical Engineer and can turn real-world workflows into structured AI training tasks. Strong mechanical design, analysis, and testing skills are essential, along with B2 English or higher.
