What You'll Do7

• Write advanced chemistry problems and full worked solutions that demand the kind of reasoning expected at graduate and doctoral level.
• Review model answers against accepted chemical principles and flag where the reasoning breaks down.
• Give written feedback that sharpens both the question set and the model's grasp of difficult concepts.
• Cover topics across organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry rather than staying inside one subfield.
• Check each problem for a defensible solution path, unambiguous wording, and a clear correct answer.
• Apply your own research or lab experience to ground prompts in realistic chemical scenarios.
• Work through assigned batches on a project basis and hit agreed turnaround dates.

Requirements7

• Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
• At least two years in academic research, industrial R&D, or applied chemistry work.
• Record of designing experiments and interpreting complex datasets with accuracy.
• Strong critical writing skills, including the ability to explain a solution step by step.
• Command of undergraduate through advanced material across several branches of chemistry.
• Published papers or technical reports that show a habit of clear scientific communication.
• Comfort working alongside AI or ML teams, or in interdisciplinary settings, is a plus.
