• Document your reasoning in clear written English so reviewers can follow the judgment.
• Keep scenarios tied to your own specialty, whether that lands in reporting, audit or tax.

Requirements8

• Chartered Accountant designation in good standing from a recognized institute such as ICAEW, ICAI, CA ANZ or SAICA.
• Two or more years of accounting work completed after qualification.
• Depth in financial reporting, audit or tax under IFRS or local GAAP.
• Clear written English for explaining accounting judgments step by step.
• Capacity to commit at least 10 hours per week to project work.
• Big Four or large firm background preferred.
• IFRS conversion or complex consolidation experience preferred.
• Additional credentials such as CPA or CFA preferred.

Who Should Apply

Practicing CAs with two or more years past qualification who want remote, part-time work built on their standards knowledge. Audit, reporting or tax specialists from large firms fit best, along with anyone who can write out the reasoning behind a treatment.
