This is a unique role where you'll apply your senior-level platform engineering and cloud infrastructure expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Instead of building production software directly, you'll design realistic, hands-on tasks that teach AI models how to design, deploy, secure, and recover production-grade infrastructure. No AI background is required—your real-world experience with distributed systems and cloud operations is exactly what's needed.

Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services and Git-based workflows. Drive infrastructure as code (IaC) with ARM templates, Bicep, and Terraform, and manage container orchestration with AKS. This role also involves automating release processes, monitoring platform reliability, and mentoring developers in cloud-native best practices.

This role is all about taking ownership of the internal platform systems that power our operations, products, and AI-driven infrastructure. As a fullstack engineer, you'll build and refine the tools, services, and workflows that keep everything running smoothly — from designing scalable backend services to crafting intuitive frontend interfaces. You'll work remotely with a team that overlaps PST at least 6–8 hours, and you'll have the freedom to make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed and maintainability.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions with expertise in SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory. Focus on automating joiner/mover/leaver processes, implementing RBAC, and integrating applications via SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. Ensure identity governance, compliance, and security best practices.

We're looking for an experienced Cloud/Infrastructure Architect to design and build robust, scalable infrastructure for on-premises, edge, and data center environments. You'll lead the creation of secure deployment models, including air-gapped systems, and drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Kubernetes and Docker. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing system performance, reliability, and security across enterprise-grade applications.

This remote contract role puts your system administration expertise to work in an exciting new way: helping train next-generation AI systems. Your day-to-day skills in managing Linux and Windows servers will directly shape how AI models learn and reason, with no prior AI experience required. You'll operate as a core technical resource, ensuring infrastructure reliability while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.
