CAD Expert | $50-$100/hr Remote
Overview
Put your hands-on CAD background to work helping shape how AI systems understand manufacturing work. In this contract role, you will evaluate AI-produced content for technical accuracy, share expert feedback on machining workflows, and draft scoring rubrics used to judge process quality. Experience with Fusion 360 or AutoCAD is especially valuable, as is familiarity with CAM or CNC operations. The position runs on a flexible 15-20 hour weekly schedule, fully remote with no fixed hours. AI training experience is not expected; your engineering knowledge is what carries the work.

- 1Hands-on experience with any major CAD suite: Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Onshape, Inventor, CATIA, or Creo.

- 3A working grasp of typical manufacturing processes, including subtractive or additive methods.
- 4Experience with CAM or CNC workflows is a strong plus.
- 5Comfort using and judging AI outputs is preferred; prior exposure to LLMs or generative tools helps.
- 6Intermediate Python skills would set you apart, though they are not mandatory.
