What You'll Do8
- 1Listen to human or agent recordings and compare each one against the annotator's transcription.
- 2Apply the fixed error codes from the audit rules and mark every code that fits a mistake, not just the first one you spot.
- 3Give each transcription task a pass or fail verdict, then write a short rationale in English that explains the call.
- 4Review forced alignment segments where an automated system set word boundaries, and confirm start and end timestamps against the spoken word.
- 5Check that the reference transcription matches the spoken form for each aligned segment.
- 6Correct bad boundaries by moving timestamps, splitting a segment, merging two, adding a missing segment, or removing one with no word.
- 7Flag critical errors first so anyone reading a failure report sees the main problem right away.
- 8Complete a short calibration phase before you move to production audits.

- 1Native or near-native command of Brazilian Portuguese. You were born and raised in a region where that variety dominates, or you have five or more years of residence there. This requirement is firm.

- 3Ability to apply a written rubric to hundreds of judgments with the same standard each time.
