What You'll Do7

• Write realistic architecture scenarios that move from schematic design all the way through construction documents.
• Produce reference answers that explain the design and code reasoning behind each decision you make.
• Score model responses on both design quality and compliance with building codes.
• Call out designs that look finished but would fail plan review.
• Apply real project judgment when a response is plausible yet not buildable or not permitted.
• Document your reasoning in clear written English so reviewers can follow the logic.
• Match your output to the building types and documentation stages where you have practice experience.

Requirements8

• Professional degree in architecture or an active architecture license.
• At least two years of practice in design or construction documentation.
• Solid command of building codes, construction documents and design development.
• Clear written English suited to explaining design reasoning to a reader.
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
• NCARB licensure or active progress toward it preferred.
• Depth in Revit or BIM workflows preferred.
• Experience across more than one building type preferred.
