Overview
This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and mission-critical government infrastructure. You'll design production-grade systems using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration while contributing to micro1's internal AI platform. Your work will directly power secure, scalable machine learning solutions that move the needle for both micro1 and its government clients.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and fine-tune AI/ML models with LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering for production applications.
- 2Develop and coordinate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
- 3Deploy solutions on secure government cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, and Azure IL5+.
- 4Construct reliable data pipelines and ETL processes, and manage metadata catalogs and ontologies to ensure data quality.
- 5Design and maintain REST APIs and SDK integrations for seamless model interactions.
- 6Partner with product, security, and engineering teams, applying secure coding and DevOps/CI/CD best practices.
- 7Document technical designs and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements5
- 1Strong Python skills applied to AI/ML development, including building REST APIs and SDK integrations.
- 2Production experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
- 3Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration using tools like LangGraph and LangChain.
- 4Deep knowledge of cloud AI services on secure government platforms (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Vertex AI).
- 5Experience building data pipelines, ontologies, and metadata catalogs, plus a solid grasp of secure coding and CI/CD pipelines.
Who Should Apply
You are an AI/ML engineer who thrives at the crossroads of advanced research and production-ready, secure systems. You're comfortable orchestrating multi-agent workflows and deploying on government-grade clouds, and you communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates. You're excited to apply your skills to high-impact government initiatives while also shaping micro1's own AI infrastructure.
