Overview
Fristine Infotech is looking for a Zoho Developer to join their teams in Pune and Mumbai. You'll work on customizing and integrating Zoho applications to meet client needs, combining technical expertise with business process understanding. This role involves both hands-on configuration and guiding junior team members.
What You'll Do5
- 1Interpret client business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions using best practices for CRM, Desk, Creator, and other apps.
- 2Build custom functions and scripts using Deluge to automate workflows and handle complex business logic.
- 3Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- 4Prepare reports and dashboards across Zoho apps, including Analytics, to provide actionable insights.
- 5Assign tasks to junior developers, review their work, and provide technical guidance.
Requirements5
- 11–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho One or Zoho CRM, including configuration and customization.
- 2Strong scripting ability in Deluge for custom functions and workflow automation.
- 3Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and familiarity with at least one of: XML, PHP, SQL, JavaScript.
- 4Understanding of business processes and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- 5A degree in BCA, MCA, BE, or B.Tech is preferred.
