Java Fullstack Developer
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design and maintain scalable enterprise applications. In this hybrid role based in Pune, Chennai, or Bangalore, you’ll work across both backend and frontend—using Spring Boot and microservices on the server side, along with React or Angular for modern user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and performant software solutions.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
- 2Develop responsive, user‑friendly frontends with React or Angular (v11+) and integrate them seamlessly with backend APIs.
- 3Design and optimize database solutions—both relational (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)—including efficient queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.
- 4Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- 5Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

- 16+ years of hands‑on software development experience with a strong focus on enterprise‑scale applications.
- 2Deep expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, including REST API design and distributed systems.
- 3Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework: React or Angular (v11+).
- 4Solid experience with both relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL options like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- 5Preferred: background in the Banking/Financial Services domain, familiarity with Apache Kafka, AWS, Python, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
