What You'll Do7

- 5Create tasks that reflect coding, documentation editing, or system administration use cases to mirror real development scenarios.
- 6Ensure recordings are complete, readable, and annotated for downstream review and training.
- 7Maintain consistent quality and timing across hourly remote submissions across multiple time zones.
Requirements9
- 1Hands-on experience using vim for text and code editing, search/replace, and terminal workflows.
- 2English proficiency at B2 level or higher to understand project instructions and document tasks clearly.
- 3Comfort with a computer, terminal, file and folder navigation, keyboard-driven workflows, and editing configuration files.
- 4Ability to design realistic Vim tasks that reflect coding, documentation, or system administration use cases.
- 5Strong grounding in Vim basics: normal_mode, insert_mode, visual_mode, motions, operators, search, substitution, buffers, windows, tabs, registers, macros, and configuration.
- 6Ability to ensure your setup supports the task, including Vim installed, prepared files, terminal access, and ready references before recording.
- 7High attention to detail in task preparation, execution, and recording quality.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, able to deliver consistently in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
