
Video Producer / Video Content Specialist (Pre- / Post- production)
Overview
This role is for a creative and execution-focused Video Producer responsible for managing the complete video production lifecycle—from concept development and pre-production planning to shoot execution and post-production delivery. The position involves creating high-quality corporate, brand, digital marketing, and social media videos while collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and production teams.
What You'll Do8
- 1Understand business, marketing, and campaign requirements and convert them into compelling video concepts.
- 2Develop creative ideas, scripts, storyboards, and shot breakdowns.
- 3Plan production schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, and resource allocation.
- 4Manage end-to-end video shoots including corporate films, interviews, product videos, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, event coverage, and social media content.
- 5Direct and supervise videographers, camera crew, lighting, audio, and production teams.
- 6Review and manage video editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and final rendering.
- 7Optimize video content for digital platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and internal communication channels.
- 8Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, Corporate Communications, and external creative agencies.
Requirements9
- 1Strong understanding of end-to-end video production lifecycle.
- 2Experience in script writing, storyboarding, shot planning, and production scheduling.
- 3Knowledge of cinematography, lighting, audio recording, framing, and visual composition.
- 4Experience coordinating with production houses, freelancers, and creative agencies.
- 5Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar editing tools.
- 6Understanding of social media video formats and digital content optimization.
- 7Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- 8Experience producing corporate videos, employer branding videos, product explainers, digital campaigns, or marketing content.
- 9Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an added advantage.
Who Should Apply
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with 3-5 years of experience in video production, capable of independently managing pre-production, production, and post-production.
