- 22+ years of applied statistics or experimentation experience.

- 6PhD in statistics, biostatistics or econometrics (preferred).
- 7Experience with large scale experimentation platforms (preferred).
- 8Bayesian methods or advanced causal inference such as instrumental variables or synthetic control (preferred).
