Overview
micro1 is building an AI project that needs real-world military insight, and they want current or former Special Operations Forces personnel to supply it. You will review AI-generated scenarios that involve tactical planning, combat decision-making, and mission execution, then flag anything that does not match how operations actually work. Your written feedback will help the AI produce more accurate and reliable reasoning in this domain. The work is remote and open to SOF operators worldwide.
What You'll Do5
- Review AI-generated scenarios that cover special operations, tactical planning, and combat decision-making.
- Judge how realistic each scenario is in terms of operational execution and the use of military tactics and procedures.
- Check scenarios for accuracy, sound reasoning, and compliance with Rules of Engagement (ROE) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC).
- Spot unrealistic assumptions or operational errors and describe them in clear, structured written feedback.
- Provide expert commentary that helps improve the AI's reasoning and reliability in military contexts.
Requirements5
- Current or former Special Operations Forces operator, such as a Green Beret, Army Ranger, Navy SEAL, Marine Raider, Air Force Special Tactics operator, or equivalent allied SOF personnel.
- Hands-on experience in tactical operations, mission planning, and weapons employment.
- Solid grasp of military operational procedures and tactical decision-making.
- Ability to explain complex military concepts clearly in writing.
- Combat deployments, Special Forces weapons specialization, or experience as a tactical instructor are highly desirable.
Who Should Apply
The ideal candidate is a current or former SOF operator who has planned and executed missions and can write clear, structured assessments of tactical scenarios. Combat deployments or instructor experience will strengthen your application.
