What You'll Do5

• Draft and sharpen evaluation rubrics plus the criteria used to judge preference data.
• Review sample outputs closely, flag subtle problems, and spell out the tradeoffs behind each call.
• Build and maintain Python or TypeScript tooling and pipelines that carry data collection and evaluation work.
• Turn findings into short, practical write-ups for the researchers and engineers who read them.
• Hold one consistent quality bar across reviewed examples so the evaluation set stays trustworthy.

• Five or more years of professional Python work, with emphasis on pipelines or infrastructure, or comparable TypeScript experience inside a large codebase.
• Direct experience gathering preference data or writing evaluation rubrics.
• Sound technical judgment paired with clear writing and speaking skills.
• A current LinkedIn profile attached to your resume.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week, including four hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time.
• Residence in the United States or Canada.

Who Should Apply
