Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and deliver features across the entire stack, working with Vue 3, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will take ownership of code quality through reviews, standards, and refactoring, while defining system architecture for new features and third-party integrations. The role involves maintaining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring deployment stability, as well as leading sprint ceremonies such as planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives. You will also act as the primary technical contact for product, operations, and leadership, translating technical constraints and timelines for non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct 1-on-1s, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.

- 11Document decisions, architecture, and processes clearly.
- 12Conduct 1-on-1s and provide structured feedback to team members.
Requirements12
- 1Strong hands-on experience in Vue.js 3 including Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router, and component architecture.
- 2Strong hands-on experience in Node.js with Express.js or Fastify, REST API design, async/await, JWT and OAuth2.
- 3Production-level MongoDB experience including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and Mongoose.
- 4Experience leading a team of 5 or more developers in an Agile environment.
- 5At least 1-2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
- 6Git workflows including branching strategies, PR discipline, and GitFlow.
- 7CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent; basic Docker knowledge.
- 8AWS fundamentals with EC2 and S3 exposure; EKS or ECS experience is a plus.
- 9Ability to take end-to-end ownership of delivery.
- 10Experience in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical mentoring.
- 11Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- 12Line management experience with 1-on-1s, feedback, and performance management.
