Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Remote Contract)

What You'll Do8

• Build complete applications from an empty repo through to a working product, covering the path from database schema to interface.
• Ship dashboards, management systems, workflow tools and data-driven platforms, each carrying its own feature set and architectural shape.
• Wire in sign-in and access control, data management, live updates, reporting and whatever business rules a given app demands.
• Configure Redis for caching, session storage and real-time data so pages hold up under load.
• Design SQL schemas, write queries and model the relationships between tables.
• Compose responsive interfaces with Tailwind CSS over server-rendered Next.js routes.
• Track data flow across frontend, cache and database, then correct the spots that slow response times.
• Record the patterns behind each build so the example carries clear signal for model training.

Requirements8

• Five or more years working as a software engineer.
• Strong Next.js background, including server-side rendering and API routes.
• Hands-on Redis work across caching, session handling and real-time data.
• SQL depth with PostgreSQL, MySQL or a comparable system: schema design, relationships, joins and query tuning.
• Evidence of running Next.js, Redis and SQL together in a production environment.
• Comfort with Tailwind CSS and utility-first styling for custom, responsive interfaces.
• Ability to trace a request from browser to cache to database and keep latency low.
• Independence to take a blank project to a finished product without a written spec.

Who Should Apply

A senior engineer with five or more years behind them who can turn an empty repo into a working product. You know Next.js, Redis and SQL well enough to combine all three in production, and you pay attention to how data moves between them.
