Who Should Apply
Candidates with 6-10 years of accounting experience in a small-cap listed company on BSE/NSE or an equivalent exchange will fit this role best. A background in SEBI LODR compliance, quarterly results preparation, and Ind AS/IFRS reporting is essential, along with proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel. The role suits someone who has coordinated with auditors, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies, and who can handle price-sensitive information with discretion. Applicants without prior listed-company experience or without hands-on exposure to stock exchange filings will likely score low on fit, as these are mandatory requirements.
